What does the role involve?
The Offline Course Role
You will deliver the content which will involve sharing information, leading discussions, facilitating games and challenges and helping the children develop their skills.
You will liaise with parents to give verbal feedback and complete reports for the children you work with.
You are expected to supervise groups of a maximum of 15 children.
Teaching experience (whether qualified or not) is ideal.
You will lead your own group of up to 10 children, online using Zoom, delivering the content of the course. This involves leading discussions, delivering content, facilitating challenges with the children, and helping them to develop their skills.
You will write an end of session email each day which gets sent to the parents of the group.

You will be trained to become a ‘guru’ in key life skills such as Leadership, Resilience, Creative Problem Solving and Collaboration.
Relevant CPD for education and working with young people.
For Offline Courses in the UK the pay is a minimum of £535.34/course + stat holiday pay at 12.07%, up to a maximum of £803.07/course + stat holiday pay at 12.07%.
For Online Courses the base pay is £22.31/60 minute session + stat holiday pay at 12.07%.

Role Models is a London based education company which offers Life Skills Courses across the globe. Our courses focus on Resilience, Collaboration, Leadership and Creative Problem Solving. These courses run in the school holidays and are designed to help children thrive.
We are looking for intelligent, friendly, outgoing and creative students to help us deliver our courses!

Where and When
We need volunteers in February and October Half Term, the Easter holidays and over the Summer holidays. Our courses run in schools in London such as Chelsea academy and Wimbledon High and are usually easily accessible by public transport.
