Title – Role Models Marketing Manager

Location – Battersea, London (currently working remote)

Experience – minimum two years in a Brand Marketing Role

Remuneration – circa £22k – £28k p.a. (depending on experience)

Job type – full-time

We are only six years old as a brand, and this role represents the opportunity to join our team at a pivotal time as we extend our offering to online and expand globally.

We are looking for an ambitious, creative and analytical JBM/BM with a good knowledge across the marketing mix to join our team at Role Models.

• We are looking for someone with experience across digital and growth marketing, coupled with brand marketing expertise
• You will thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Reporting directly into the CMO you are eager to learn, and will love responsibility and autonomy
• You will have a passion for marketing and love every aspect of it from strategy, through to asset creation, activation and performance review
• Skills in design, video editing, and digital performance marketing would be a plus

Key responsibilities will be to:

• Work closely with the CMO and Head of Sales to develop an annual comms plan which delivers the brand objectives, drives brand awareness and growth to both a UK and global market
• Work across Digital, PR and Influencer marketing while building strong relationships with our digital and PR agencies
• Lead the monthly marketing execution including content creation, digital ad uploads (across IG, IGS and FB), and ECRM
• Weekly KPI reports on all marketing activity, accurate budget management and support the CMO on monthly board update presentations

You will ideally have global marketing experience, and an understanding of targeting parents. You are organised, driven, proactive, a team player and share our company mission to inspire a generation of children to be the best version of themselves.

Our offices are on Stormont Road, Battersea, SW11 5EN but of course, at the moment, we’re all working from home. In a non-covid world you would have the opportunity to work from home at least one day/week but otherwise you would be working from our Battersea office.

Role Models is only six years old so the team is relatively small but well-formed and great fun!  We have six full-time employees and three outsourced part-time employees. As a result, you would have the opportunity to make a huge difference to the trajectory of this growing business and would be given significant responsibility.
