About us

Inspiring a generation of children to become the very best version of themselves.

We run courses that give children the key skills needed to succeed in the 21st century.

About us

Our story

Role Models was founded in 2014 based on the belief that character education is vital to the wellbeing and potential of every child.

What drives us

In the past, our society and many schools have focused almost entirely on academic attainment and rankings, largely ignoring life skills. A growing body of research shows that life skills can radically improve a child’s happiness, academic success and overall achievement in life.  Our experience, and the wealth of positive feedback we have received, shows this to be true. You can read testimonials from some of the parents whose children have attended our courses across our website and on our homepage.

We are proud of how much Role Models has grown and achieved in the last six years: we now deliver inspirational Life Skills courses across the globe and Creative Childcare across London. We are lucky enough to have a team of exceptionally talented staff, Role Models and partner schools which are expanding day by day. If you think we can help you, we would love to hear from you and work together to bring Life Skills to your family, your school or your business.

About us

Our mission

We want to inspire a generation of children to become the very best they can be through their relationships, their wellbeing and their sense of purpose

The future

The world is changing rapidly and children need support to prepare for the changes and challenges they will face in their daily lives. They need the tools to help them develop the confidence and resilience to build a future for themselves. Communication, critical thinking, creativity and the ability to lead are skills that are not handed to children at birth. They are like muscles that need to grow and develop throughout their lives. The earlier they start to develop these skills and understand how important they are, the more chance they have to lead an extraordinary life full of passion and purpose. Life skills cannot be developed at school alone and our courses offer a solution to that challenge.

Our goal is to teach millions of children how to communicate well, collaborate effectively, think critically, solve problems creatively and lead brilliantly, so that they can shape their future and those around them.
