Amy McAllister

Amy is a professional actress who is passionate about child development. She has taught acting, poetry and street dance to children across London and assisted in drama therapy with underprivileged young people.

Amy is a professional actress and spoken word artist with lots of experience in theatre, television, film, and voiceover. She is passionate about child development and creative play and has been teaching acting, poetry, spoken word, and street dance to children across London since 2006. She has also assisted in a drama therapy environment with underpriveleged young people in Lambeth and she minds children on an ad hoc basis for several families. Amy runs one-on-one confidence coaching sessions for adults as well as audition preparation classes. In her spare time, she volunteers with Story Garden in Kings Cross and with the Hot Choc Mob in the West End. Amy’s role model is Cupcake Brown who survived an extremely difficult and chaotic upbringing to go on to achieve her dreams. With bags of energy and a wide range of interests including forensic psychology, ice skating, cooking, personal development, and cold water swimming, you’re guaranteed an engaging, challenging, and most importantly FUN time!

 

Amy trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Acting credits include work for the BFI, BBC, Sky, ITV, E4, Disney, CBBC, and Nickelodeon, and she has performed her poetry at venues across Europe including the Royal Albert Hall and the Royal Festival Hall.
