Chloe has been a teacher for 6 years and gained her PGCE and Masters in Education at the University of Cambridge. She is currently a Reception Class Teacher and Reception Year Leader. As Year Leader she has a focus on children’s happiness and wellbeing. She is very proud of her achievements and her current position promoting children’s emotional resilience through developing a growth mindset, mindfulness techniques and therapeutic play. Chloe has developed her childcare experience in and out of school from working as a full-time nanny, nursery assistant, tutor and classroom teacher.

As well as teaching, Chloe loves to cook and her favourite treat to bake is gooey chocolate brownies. She likes to spend her time staying healthy and active and is currently training to run 100km in one day. Chloe loves a challenge and is always on the look out for new opportunities.

Chloe doesn’t necessarily have one role model as she is inspired by many different people each and every day. If she was to pick one role model it would be J.K. Rowling because she has shown a true growth mindset on her journey to success, never failing to believe in her abilities and ideas, even after twelve rejections.
