Max is a professional actor with a huge passion for teaching and development. He’s gained lots of experience of working with young people over the last six years since leaving Drama school. Max has kept children entertained with song and dance at after school clubs all around London, taught English to Scandinavian teenagers at summer school and taught AS Level and GCSE Drama at leading private schools in Oxfordshire. He’s also tutored GCSE English and been a Special Educational Needs mentor.

Max has been involved with Role Models from the start and has now taught on a number of Life Skills Courses. He is currently enjoying delivering Role Models’ one-to-one Leadership Programme, which he finds incredibly rewarding. Max has picked up some serious experience in the last five years with the birth of his first niece, Kyra! He has always had a great affinity with young people and finds it very easy to get on with them, putting this down to the fact he can mix fun with the ability to lay boundaries.

Max has a great interest in football, rugby, hockey, cricket, theatre and films but Kyra also makes sure this extends to painting, Peppa Pig and Tea Parties! As an actor, Max has completed a West End run of ‘One Man Two Guvnors’, a National Tour of ‘Murder On The Nile’, he’s been seen in ‘An Ideal Husband’ at Chichester and most recently has been touring with Ed Hall’s Shakespeare Company, Propeller. Max’s Role Model is an actor called Victor Spinetti: Victor was the greatest story-teller, had an undying passion for his job and – even more admirably, had integrity and resilience.
