Resilience is the ability to see every setback as an opportunity to learn
Our resilience course encourages your child to be the best version of themselves and have the confidence to persist with any task in the pursuit of achieving their goals. We hope to encourage them to try things that sit outside their natural skillset to realise the roles that determination and positivity play when approaching imperfect situations or scenarios.
We explore resilience through a number of fun, education-based activities.
Our course curriculum is based on a well-established academic framework that has been designed and developed by education experts, teachers and business industry leaders. It consists of fun play-based activities focused on the key principles of resilience.
Caroline - a London parent
Thanks so much for the course the other week. Although it was my son taking the course with you, our whole family is benefiting. Together, we're working on Power of Yet and trying to focus more on the process rather than the outcome. Your impacts are still being felt and experienced in our household.
Alexandra - a London parent
We have noticed an enormous change in him since he started this course. He is so much more willing to consider mistakes as part of growing now. We had a discussion about the way others react to our mistakes and how to forgive the mistakes parents make sometimes. We are both really pleased to see him really coming out of his shell.
Sarah - a London parent
She has thoroughly enjoyed the resilience course. Critically from our perspective, it has given her space, language and tools to explore how to stretch herself beyond her comfort zone in a no-shame / self-empowering way. The associated parent support has also been very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
