What does the role involve?

  • Lead a group of up to 24 children between 10am- 3pm each day using Role Models course content. This will involve leading discussions, facilitating games and challenges and helping the children develop their skills.
  • Help set up from 8:30am and clean up until 4pm each day
  • Courses run for either 3,4 or 5 consecutive days during the school holidays

Person Specification

  • Must be able to commute to Surrey, Buckinghamshire, East Sussex or within Greater London (Kingston, Hillingdon) Transport costs may be covered if you are based in the South East
  • Huge energy and positivity
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone and in person
  • Good attention to detail and well organised
  • A fun and friendly team player
  • Adaptability and able to use initiative
  • Passion for children's mental health
