How to Develop Confidence in Children - Webinar
My 3 boys, aged 9, 8 and 6 are currently attending the Resilience course and they love it! Usually I can never get any information out of them about how their day went, but after the 1st session they came home chattering away about their activities. It's also lovely how each team lead sends a summary of how the day unfolded and I am able to carry out the discussion with the kids at bedtime. Really happy they're attending.

The introduction of Role Models workshops has had an enormously rewarding impact on our Prep 6 pupils. The flexibility of the school being able to choose the topics based on the cohort is very beneficial and the feedback from the children was more than encouraging. Most pupils rated that Role Models has given them better resources to deal with problems that may arise in the future or the confidence to do and be what they want. The weekly communication to parents has been received well and they are eager to get involved from home. We are very much looking forward to working with Role Models again this year and hope that we will be able to extend the workshops to other age groups as well.

It would have been good to have a parent 1-2-1 after discussing the report as we are not as knowledgeable as you are, and therefore talking about a few points to continue at home would have been useful. James really enjoyed 'how' you taught him resilience (via games, etc) vs. a traditional method that doesn't resonate as much. Following, we saw him act out very independent actions whereby before the camp he was very hesitant . Strongly recommend!

We are so lucky to have Amy mentoring my son in two of his weekly sessions. She is a positive influence and provides just the right amount of challenge and encouragement and praise for him to slowly grow. We are very happy that he gets to see her on a regular basis as this helps them get to know each other and for my son to confide more or feel more comfortable in the interactions. We think that these sessions will have a beneficial effect over a period of time. It is a time for reflection about our actions and everyday thoughts about life. So glad we signed him up.

Even though my 7 yo daughter only attended the last 2 sessions, but I highly recommend this to everyone. My daughter learns so much and she came out from the class feeling more confident. She applies the teachings in her everyday life when the negative thoughts come and she was bummed to hear that it was the last class. She wanted to take more and she doesn't even think that this class is that long. She truly enjoy the 1 hour session, fully engaged, and loving every minute. 5 stars for Billy the Bunny! <3

What an excellent course! Our instructor, Ms. Courtney is marvelous. My bright kid is a perfectionist and this life skills course is what he needed the most - the skills of critical thinking and problem solving, I think will be extremely helpful when he encounters frustrations. the content of this course is well structured and the instructor interacted with my kid in a very interesting way. This class is very well organized and our role model, Ms. Jordan, was so kind and understanding. My learner is 5 years old. So she struggled a bit with the length of the class. But, the role model helped her stay on task with verbal cues and showed LOTS of patience.

This was such a wonderful class. My daughter liked it so much she even joined one week while we were on a vacation. It is worth to take all 10 lessons. The teacher emailed feedback with follow up activities every week. We are actually going to start doing one activity a week for the next 10 weeks to reinforce the concepts. They go over growth mindset, gratitude, positive thinking, resilience. We are a very growth mindset family, but my oldest has a very fixed mindset and having another caring adult sharing and practicing these skills was very helpful to reinforce these messages!
