We are looking for an ambitious, creative and analytical Marketing Manager with a good knowledge across the marketing mix to join our team at Role Models. We are only seven years old as a brand, and this role represents the opportunity to join our team at a pivotal time as we grow our online product and expand globally. It’s a key role within the organisation, reporting to the Managing Director. Proven marketing management experience is essential, preferably in small to medium size B2C businesses.
The successful candidate will have a wide knowledge and experience of managing the entire marketing function. Capable of working at a strategic level as well as creating and managing tactical activities.
The main responsibility is to build and grow a funnel of leads and sales opportunities to help increase revenue, by:
Additional responsibilities:
Our offices are on Stormont Road, Battersea, SW11 5EN but, at the moment, we’re spending 2 days/week working from the office and 3 days/week working from home.
Role Models is only 7 years old so the team is relatively small but well-formed and great fun! We have recently closed a £915k funding round with a view to aggressive expansion both online and offline over the next few years, so there is lots of work and you will need to be up for a challenge.
We have 9 full-time employees and 4 outsourced part-time employees. As a result, you would have the opportunity to make a huge difference to the trajectory of this growing business and would be given significant responsibility.
As we are a small and exciting growth business, we pride ourselves on providing a seamless service to our clients. This will on occasion result in a need to communicate at weekends, whether with clients or other members of the team.
We’re also very proud to have been ranked in the ‘top 100 organisations to escape to’ in both 2019 and 2020!
