We complement traditional academic education by delivering online & offline courses for 3-13 year olds that develop young peoples’ skills in leadership, confidence, resilience, creative problem solving, collaboration and growth mindset. Recruitment
Assessing the company’s staffing needs (our ‘Role Models’) – how many we need and when we need a recruitment drive
Finding websites / groups / schools to post our job descriptions and/or to present at to help recruit more Role Models and volunteers
Recruitment admin, arranging interviews and organising applications received
Overseeing the onboarding process for new role models ensuring they’re clear on our company ethos, processes and excited to start working
Liaising with the Education Team on feedback and support for new & existing role models
Supporting the Operations team with day-to-day management of summer course logistics
Creating a great work ethic within the team

Excellent communication skills over the phone and in person and your English is close to perfect
Good attention to detail and well organised
A fun and friendly team player
Someone who can be supportive to our Role Models yet also challenge them in a healthy way when needed

The Nitty Gritty
We are looking for someone who can start on June 6th. Our offices are on Stormont Road, Battersea, SW11 5EN. The team work in the office on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s and work from home for the rest of the week. Preferably, you would be able to commute to the office on these days but we will consider applicants who cannot.
