We complement traditional academic education by delivering online & offline courses for 3-15 year olds that develop young peoples’ skills in leadership, confidence, resilience, creative problem solving, collaboration and growth mindset. These skills really impact the everyday lives of the young people we work with.

Even more importantly, we know the life skills we help children to develop are essential for them to be independent, happy and to grow into well-rounded adults. Every person needs these skills to thrive.

The Role

The role of Partnerships Manager is to support in nurturing Role Models’ partnerships with schools worldwide and other organisations, as well as supporting implementation of marketing strategies to promote our online and offline courses.You will work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels

Brand Management:

  • Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Support in the creation of marketing collaterals, including flyers, and promotional materials

Digital Marketing:

  • Assist in managing the company's online presence, including website content and social media accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze website and social media performance using analytics tools.

Content Creation:

  • Assist in writing compelling content for marketing materials, such as letters to parents, blog posts and social media posts
  • Keep up to date with thought leaders, developments in education to ensure content is relevant to present day

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, school leaders, teachers and organisations with whom we partner
  • Collaborate with the sales effort to create lead generation and consistently proposing ideas for growth and development of Role Models both internationally and in the UK

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in marketing or education related role
  • Strong understanding of education landscape
  • Knowledge of basic digital marketing channels and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing ideas.

  • Must have a background in education; and an understanding of the educational landscape
