Staff cancellation Policy

In the event of you having been 100% confirmed for an in-person UK course with Role Models, and then having to pull out of the course at short notice, the following are our benchmarks for costs you will have to pay at different time frames;

• Less than 24 hours’ notice before travel commences – you pay 100% of our absorbed costs**
• Between 24 and 48 hours’ notice before travel commences – you pay 75% of our absorbed costs**
• Between 48 hours and 7 days’ notice before travel commences – you pay 50% of our absorbed costs**
• Between 7 and 21 days’ notice before travel commences – you pay 25% of our absorbed costs**
• More than 21 days’ notice before travel commences – you will not have to pay towards our costs, but it will impact the likelihood of future work with Role Models

In the event of you having been 100% confirmed for an in-person international course with Role Models, and then having to pull out of the course at short notice, the following are our benchmarks for costs you will have to pay at different time frames;

• Less than 14 days' notice before travel commences - you pay 100% of our absorbed costs**
• Between 14 days' and 21 days' notice before travel commences - you pay 50% of our absorbed costs**
• More than 21 days' notice before travel commences, you will not have to pay towards our costs, but it will impact the likelihood of future work with Role Models

**Absorbed costs may include but are not limited to; visa application fees, flight bookings and any associated name change costs and training costs.

'Travel commences' refers to the time of your outbound flight.
