  • You will be contacted by our education team to arrange a 10 minute informal interview

  • If successful, you will choose which course and dates you work on

Job Description

  • You will be supporting our teacher in delivering key life skills to children

  • You will learn how to manage groups of children of differing ages

  • You will support and listen to children, nurturing their individual needs where required

  • You will work 1-2-1 with children who need additional support due to behaviour/shyness

  • You will help set up for activities such as building houses out of cardboard, or getting a ping pong ball from one side of the room to another

  • You will be asked to help with writing certificates/taking children to the toilet/generally making the week run smoothly!

  • You must act as a Role Model at all times! Embody the types of life skills that we are developing in the children; positive communication, empathy, politeness, collaboration
