Job Description
You will be supporting our teacher in delivering key life skills to children
You will learn how to manage groups of children of differing ages
You will support and listen to children, nurturing their individual needs where required
You will work 1-2-1 with children who need additional support due to behaviour/shyness
You will help set up for activities such as building houses out of cardboard, or getting a ping pong ball from one side of the room to another
You will be asked to help with writing certificates/taking children to the toilet/generally making the week run smoothly!
You must act as a Role Model at all times! Embody the types of life skills that we are developing in the children; positive communication, empathy, politeness, collaboration
